Hello, I'm Tom Baker, adviser and co-founder of the Indiana NetSuite User Group (INSUG). With over 30 years of experience in ERP and business system delivery, my journey began as a military officer, evolving into consulting roles and corporate IT leadership positions. Since my introduction to NetSuite in 2017, I've been engaged as an IT leader and consultant, currently leading teams at Accenture, LLP, and contributing to the growth and success of the INSUG community.
Beyond my professional endeavors, I find joy in coaching and refereeing youth soccer, as well as avidly following all sports. I'm committed to fostering knowledge-sharing and collaboration within INSUG, driving innovation, and supporting our members in maximizing their NetSuite experience.

I have been working with NetSuite for 14 years. I started as a user at a manufacturing company and have gone into to consulting, sales, then back to consulting. I am currently the Consulting Director of NetSuite at Guidepath Consulting. I would tell you what I do in my free time but I have two kids so I don’t have any. As soon as I find some, I will update you on what I do with it.
